We always strive to provide you with only the best quality. However, if an item does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from, you can simply return it to the following address:

Please note, however, that returns are a lot of work, especially for a small company like ours. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot cover the return costs and hope for your understanding.

Return period & return costs
You have 14 days to return your items to us after receiving them. Please send the package back to us with sufficient postage. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns after 14 days have passed. If you still send goods back to us, we may send them back to you at your expense.

Conditions for returns
Please pack the items unused and securely. We check each item very carefully. Please understand that we cannot accept damaged or used items. Please use outer packaging and stick the return label on it. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.

refund
After checking your return, you will receive the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 10 days using the payment method you specified when ordering. Please keep your DHL return receipt in a safe place until then.

Complaint/item defective
If an item arrives damaged, we will of course take care of it immediately. In this case, please send us an email to admin@huberbrand.de stating the order number, the item and photos of the damage . We will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
